Interpretation, Coastal Wetlands and Variance Application of Paul and Kathleen Napoli for a permit to place approximately 100 to 150 cubic yards of fill 6 to 12 inches in depth on the property at 740 Little Silver Point Road, Block 63, Lots 6 & 7, in the R-1 Zone where no building, structure,
improvement and/or development which increases the footprint of any existing structure or building or which enlarges the ground area of development currently existing on the subject property or which is new development shall be permitted in the Coastal Flood Zone where fill is proposed below the six foot contour. A Coastal Wetlands Application is required. A CAFRA and/or Freshwater Wetlands (DEP) Permit is required.
Application of A&P, 507 Prospect Avenue, Block 40, Lot 36 to amend approval granted by the Planning Board on January 15, 1991 by removing a condition of approval contained in the Resolution.
Application of Philip Welch, 52 Pine Drive, Block 45, Lot 5, in the R-1 Zone to demolish the existing structure and construct an approximately 107 by 54 two story home which violates the following: the minimum required lot area of 60,000 square feet where 53,207 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved lot frontage for a corner lot of 160 feet facing all streets where 121.10 feet is existing along Pine Drive and 145.69 feet is existing along Seven Bridges Road; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 37.25 feet in height of 46.25 feet where 44.5 feet is proposed; the maximum building height for a principal building of 35 feet and not exceeding 2½ stories where 37.25 feet is proposed. A chimney larger than 2 by 2 in size is included in the height measurement. A 3 by 3 chimney has been provided, adding 3 to the height and 3 to the required side yard setback.
Application of James M. and Marie-Therese Allen to construct a 56 by 57 irregular shaped two story addition consisting of a dining room, den, three car garage, covered porch and deck on the first floor and a master bedroom suite with second floor balcony, closets, two bathrooms and an office/hobby room on the second floor, on the property at 113 Little Silver Point Road, Block 51, Lot 16.01, in the R-1A Zone which violates the following: the minimum required improved road frontage of 150 feet where 103.36 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 36.52 feet in height of 45.52 feet on each side where 34.5 and 31.1 feet is existing and 13.7 feet and 29

7. Resolutions:
Application of Blair and Elizabeth OConnor, 37 Paag Circle, to construct a 38 by 44 two and a half story pool house, 800 square foot in-ground swimming pool, patios, walkways and 4 foot high fencing on the property at Paag Circle, Block 66, Lots 22 and 23 to be used as an accessory use and structure to the owners residence located a 37 Paag Circle, Block 66, Lot 24 in the R-1 Zone which violates the following: A single detached house used as a residence is permitted where an accessory structure which has the potential for living space is proposed; Customary accessory uses and buildings which are clearly incidental to the principal use and building are permitted where an accessory use and building is proposed without a principal use and building; Accessory buildings may occupy not more than 25% of the rear or side yard area provided that such buildings shall not exceed 16 feet in height where 374 is proposed; An outdoor private swimming pool shall be located not less than 25 feet from the side or rear of the residence and shall not be located in the front yard where 13.71 feet is proposed from the side of the residence and the pool is located within the front yard; No building, structure, improvement and/or development which increases the footprint of any existing structure or building or which enlarges the ground area of development currently existing on the subject property or which is new development shall be permitted in the Coastal Flood Zone where improvements and fill below the six foot contour are proposed; Fences which are not open fences located within a front yard shall not exceed 3 feet in height where a closed fence four feet in height is proposed within the front yard. A Coastal Wetlands Application is required. A CAFRA permit may be required.

Application of Joseph and Kelly Senkeleski, 180 Queens Drive South, to construct an 183 by 40 in-ground swimming pool and spa on the property at 180 Queens Drive South, Block 46, Lot 11, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 21,372 square feet is existing; the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 17% is existing and 20% is proposed; and no building, structure, improvement and/or development which increases the footprint of any existing structure or building or which enlarges the ground area of development currently existing on the subject property or which is new development shall be permitted in the Coastal Flood Zone where an in-ground swimming pool and spa and fill are proposed. A CAFRA Permit is required. A Coastal Wetlands Permit is required. **Needs revised plans.
