Application of Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Solon to construct a 34 by 25 L-shaped second story addition consisting of two bedrooms a bathroom and laundry room on the property at 41 Monroe Avenue, Block 48, Lot 35, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 12,726 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 65 feet is existing; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 5.1 feet and 4.9 feet is existing.
Application of William Spencer Foxworth, Foxworth Building Co., LLC,

Application of Keith and Denise OConnor to construct a 72 by 382 by 316 two and a half story home with a 48 by 12 patio and to relocate an existing 80 square foot shed on the property at 12 Bernard Terrace, Block 59, Lot 42, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,350 square feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 80 square feet in size of 8 feet where 3.2 feet is existing and 15 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 80 square feet in size of 8 feet on each side where 6.5 feet and 93.5 feet is existing and 15 feet and 85 feet is proposed; and the maximum allowable building height of 30 feet and 2 ½ stories where 316 is proposed.
