Major Subdivision Application of Palatial Homes Request to Carry to April 4, 2006 - Time Waived through 4/30/06

 7.        New Business:

 

            Appeal and Variance Application of Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Clemente to allow four already constructed pillars 59 in height on the  property  at 639 Seven Bridges Road, Block 67, Lot 12, in the R-1 Zone which violates Section 5.7.A: Accessory structures shall be located in other than a front yard where four already constructed pillars 59 in height are located within the front yard.

 

Application of Mike and Carol Anderson to construct a 3 by 31 second story cantilever addition on  the  property  at 103 Silverton Avenue,  Block 22, Lot 25, in the R-3 Zone the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,838 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 75 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 25.1 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 36 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 3.8 feet and 22 feet is existing; the maximum allowable lot coverage is 18% where 23% is existing.

 

Application of Frank A. Ambrosino to construct a 14 by 18 sunroom addition on top of an existing deck on  the  property  at 14 South Sunnycrest Drive,  Block 30, Lot 88, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 8,697 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where    20 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 14.9 feet and 14.4 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 96 square feet in size of 8 feet on each side where 2 feet and 84 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 22% is existing.

 

 8.        Resolutions:

 

            Application of David McMullin to demolish the existing deck and construct a 20 by 47 irregularly shaped one story addition and a 16.5 by 59.5 irregularly shaped deck with 7 by 17 trellis on  the  property  at 5 Carriage House Lane, Block 83, Lot 3.01, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 14.2 feet and 15 feet is existing and the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 135 square feet in size is 15 feet on each side where 96 feet and 2 feet is existing.

 

Application of Geffrey and Laura Wallach to demolish the existing single family structure and shed and construct a new 774 by 59,  2 story single family structure, 1,200 square foot in-ground swimming pool, 1,561 square feet of associated patio and 1,608 square feet of masonry patios and walkways on  the  property  at 21 Rosslyn Court, Block 17, Lot 13, in the R-1A Zone which violates the minimum required improved road frontage of 150 feet

where 135 feet is existing; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 34 feet in height of 43 feet where 25.5 feet and 31.88 feet is proposed.
