Application of Dr. and Mrs. William Sachs to expand an existing 4 by 38 by 8 high dormer to 78 by 38 by 8 high, construct a 78 by 38 by 8 high dormer on the front of the home and a 2310 by 1210 by 8 high shed dormer on the rear of the home on the property at 84 Riverview Avenue, Block 73, Lot 19, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 6,000 square feet is existing, the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 40 feet is existing, the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 6.42 feet and 6.42 feet is existing, and the maximum allowable lot coverage is 18% where 23% is existing.
Application of Patricia DeSaye to demolish the existing structure and construct a 40 by 80 two and a half story residence on the property at 36 Oakes Road, Block 44, Lot 33, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 60,000 square feet where 45,085.57 square feet is existing, the maximum building height for a principal building of 35 feet and not exceeding 2½ stories where 35.5 feet is proposed.
Application of Joseph and Alice DiFiglia to construct a 213 by 251Ό two car garage addition on the property at 641 Prospect Avenue, Block 46, Lot 42, in the R-1A Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 40,000 square feet where 29,032 square feet is existing and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal building 29.5 feet in height of 38.5 feet on each side where 28.2 feet and 52.4 feet is existing and 28.6 feet and 52.4 feet is proposed.

Application of Art Murphy and Tim Murphy to demolish the existing structure and construct an 81 by 54 two and one half story single family home and add fill on the property at 436 Little Silver Point Road, Block 65, Lot4, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 60,000
Application of Matthew Kelly, 280 Norwood Avenue, West Long Branch, New Jersey to demolish the existing structure and construct a 63 by 66, three story, single family residential home and a 30 by 24 one story detached garage on the property at 72 Queens Drive East, Block 43, Lot 14, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,282.10 square feet is existing.
Application of Robert and Phyllis Rosone to demolish a 24 by 10 section of the first floor, construct an 18 by 5 addition, a 5 by 4 addition, a 23 by 10 addition, a 32 by 8 front porch, a 4 by 9 addition, a 20 by 14 carport, various interior renovations on the first floor, a 53 by 74 irregularly shaped second story addition consisting of 5 bedrooms, a laundry room, three bathrooms and 7 second floor decks and a 5 by 22 slate patio on the property at 462 Little Silver Point Road, Block 65, Lot
6, in the R-1 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 60,000 square feet where 51,759 square feet is existing; and the minimum side yard setback for a principal building 29 feet in height of 38 feet on each side where 25.6 feet and 62 feet is existing and 25.6 feet and 70 feet is proposed. *Note: Side yard setback is calculated pursuant to proposed height. Architects plans show a height of 29 feet plus or minus.
Application of V. David Shaheen, Esquire, 116 Oceanport Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey to construct a 36 by 34 two story addition consisting of a three bay garage, dinette, mudroom and bathroom, a 21 by 24 one story family room addition, a 22 by 19 deck and new driveway and parking area on the property at 335 Spring Street, Block 13, Lot 8.02, in the R-2 which violates the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet on each road where 228.72 feet and 111.61 feet is existing and the minimum required front yard setback is 50 feet from each street where 15.3 feet and 46 feet is existing. Note: AC condenser included in plans after review and is proposed 11 feet from front property line; located within front yard setback.
