Application of Blair and Elizabeth OConnor, 37 Paag Circle, Little Silver, New Jersey 07739 to construct a 38 by 44 two and a half story pool house, 800 square foot in-ground swimming pool, patios, walkways and 4 foot high fencing on the property at Paag Circle, Block 66, Lots 22 and 23 to be used as an accessory use and structure to the owners residence located a 37 Paag Circle, Block 66, Lot 24 in the R-1 Zone which violates the following: A single detached house used as a residence is permitted where an accessory structure which has the potential for living space is proposed; Customary accessory uses and buildings which are clearly incidental to the principal use and building are permitted where an accessory use and building is proposed without a principal use and building; Accessory buildings may occupy not more than 25% of the rear or side yard area provided that such buildings shall not exceed 16 feet in height where 374 is proposed; An outdoor private swimming pool shall be located not less than 25 feet from the side or rear of the residence and shall not be located in the front yard where 13.71 feet is proposed from the side of the residence and the pool is located within the front yard; No building, structure, improvement and/or development which increases the footprint of any existing structure or building or which enlarges the ground area of development currently existing on the subject property or which is new development shall be permitted in the Coastal Flood Zone where improvements and fill below the six foot contour are proposed; Fences which are not open fences located within a front yard shall not exceed 3 feet in height where a closed fence four feet in height is proposed within the front yard. A Coastal Wetlands Application is required. A CAFRA permit may be required.

Application of John and Linda Naiman to demolish the existing 24 by 18 brick patio, replace a 7.5 by 10 front porch removed for oil abatement with a 109 by 5 covered porch, construct a 288 ½ by 86 covered porch in the rear with a 155 ½ by 272 second story addition above consisting of a bedroom and bathroom and two 41 by 21 dormers on the property at 140 Pinckney Road, Block 11, Lot 3, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 17,282.10 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 20.6 feet is existing and 20.43 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 17.05 feet and 12 feet is existing; and the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 375 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 47 feet and 3.4 feet is existing.
Application of Michael and Dawn Relli to construct a 14 by 26 one story addition on the property at 475 Branch Avenue, Block 34, Lot 15, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,700 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 46 feet is existing and 32 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 8.9 feet and 9.4 feet is existing and 32.7 feet and 11.3 feet is proposed; and the maximum allowable lot coverage is 18% where 16% is existing and 21% is proposed.
Use Variance and Site Plan Application of Sprint Spectrum, L.P. to construct a 112.5 high
monopole, 240 square foot equipment shelter, 8 foot high fencing containing barbed wire.

Application of Stephanie and James Keenan to demolish an existing 85 by 182 family room and construct a 16 by 29 two story addition consisting of a family room/sun room and enlargement of
existing bedrooms and add a master bathroom above, 2 4 by 6 dormers and replace and extend
existing fencing with 5 foot high closed board on board fencing on the property at 260 Willow Drive, Block 57, Lot 1, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 10,636 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet facing both streets where 101.87 (Willow) feet and 95.14 (LS Point) feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 30.12 (Willow) feet and 33.35 (LS Point) feet is existing and 29.2 feet and 26.94 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure of 15 feet on each side where 4.32 feet and 14.92 feet is existing; a detached accessory structure shall be at least 5 from the principal building where 2 is existing; and fences which are not open fences located in a front yard shall not exceed 3 in height where 5 high closed fencing exists and is proposed.
