Agenda for the regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Borough of Little Silver to be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. Borough Hall, 480 Prospect Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey:

 4.        Approval of Minutes:  March 7, 2006

 

 5.        Application of Macaire and Ghyslain Osmont, 58 Peach Street, Tinton Falls, New Jersey, for a permit to demolish the existing structure and driveway and construct a 69’ by 47’ 2 ½ story structure with attached garage with the existing detached garage to remain on  the  property  at 31 Woodbine Avenue,  Block 13, Lot 44, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 12,400 square feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 21.17 feet is proposed; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 679 square feet in size of 15 feet where 7.8 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 11.67 feet and 15 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 679 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 3.4 feet and 78 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 28% is proposed.

 

 6.        Application of Eileen and Thomas Caruso, 14 Crest Drive, Little Silver, New Jersey to construct a 28’2” by 48’ second story addition consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room and a 10’ by 3’ second story balcony on the front of the home, a 4’ by 15’ second floor balcony on the side of the home, a 20’4” by 23’6” two story garage addition and a 23’8” by 5’ porch addition off the rear of the garage on  the  property  at 16 Crest Drive, Block 13, Lot 91, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 10,746.01 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage is 100 feet where 78.78 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback is 50 feet where 23.96 feet is existing and 33 feet is proposed; and the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 25.10 feet is existing.

 

  7.        Application of Donna Fallo to demolish a 5’4” by 11’ rear section of the garage, enclose an existing 6’ by 17’ screen porch, construct a 3’2”  by 10’4” addition to the dining room, a 10’3” by 17’8” addition consisting of a breakfast nook and half bath, a 2’ by 10’4” addition to the front of the garage, a 3’2” by 24’ addition to the side of the garage and expand the existing 1 ½ story to a full story to provide a master  bedroom, bathroom and closet on  the  property  at 449 Branch Avenue,  Block 34, Lot 9, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,700 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 29 feet is existing and 31 feet is proposed; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 9.4 feet and 19 feet is existing and 6.2 feet and 19 feet is proposed.

 

 8.        Major Subdivision Application of Palatial Homes –Time Waived through 4/30/06

 

 9.        Application of Jane D’Onofrio, 68 Birch Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey for an occupancy permit and interior construction for 3,365 square feet of professional office use at 160 White Road, Block 30, Lot 1, in the B-1 Zone which violates the maximum floor area of any use contained in a multi-use building of 3,000 square feet where 3,365 square feet is proposed to be occupied by Jahos, Broege and Shaheen, Esquires

 

10.        Resolutions:

 

            Appeal Variance Application of Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Clemente to allow four already constructed pillars 5’9 ½” in height on the  property  at 639 Seven Bridges Road, Block 67, Lot 12, in the R-1 Zone which violates Section 5.7.A: Accessory structures shall be located in other than a front yard where four already constructed pillars 5’9 ½” in height are located within the front yard.

 

Application of Mike and Carol Anderson to construct a 3’ by 31’ second story cantilever addition on  the  property  at 103 Silverton Avenue,  Block 22, Lot 25, in the R-3 Zone the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,838 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 75 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 25.1 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 36 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 3.8 feet and 22 feet is existing; the maximum allowable lot coverage is 18% where 23% is existing.

 

Application of Frank A. Ambrosino to construct a 14’ by 18’ sunroom addition on top of an existing deck on  the  property  at 14 South Sunnycrest Drive,  Block 30, Lot 88, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 8,697 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where    20 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 14.9 feet and 14.4 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 96 square feet in size of 8 feet on each side where 2 feet and 84 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 22% is existing.
