Application of Robert N. and Tara Johnson to demolish the existing deck and construct a 32 by 39 one story L-shaped addition and a 4 by 5 side entry covered porch on the property at 33 Tabor Street, Block 23, Lot 24, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 13,180 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 528 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 43 feet and 5.02 feet is existing; and the maximum allowable impervious coverage of 25% where 37% is existing.
Application of Robert E. and Catherine S. Oswandel to demolish the existing garage roof and a 15 by 20 portion of the existing 20 by 34 garage, reconstruct the 15 by 20 portion of the existing garage and add a new roof on the property at 91 Church Street, Block 39, Lot 5, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 22,751.46 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage for a corner lot of 150 feet on each road where 147.46 feet and 186.64 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 680 square feet in size of 15 feet where 8 feet is existing; and the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 680 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 8 feet and 56 feet is existing.
Application of Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Solon to construct a 34 by 25 L-shaped second story addition consisting of two bedrooms a bathroom and laundry room on the property at 41 Monroe Avenue, Block 48, Lot 35, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 12,726 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 65 feet is existing; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 5.1 feet and 4.9 feet is existing.
Application of Keith and Denise OConnor to construct a 72 by 382 by 316 two and a half story home with a 48 by 12 patio and to relocate an existing 80 square foot shed on the property at 12 Bernard Terrace, Block 59, Lot 42, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 20,350 square feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 80 square feet in size of 8 feet where 3.2 feet is existing and 15 feet is proposed; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 80 square feet in size of 8 feet on each side where 6.5 feet and 93.5 feet is existing and 15 feet and 85 feet is proposed; and the maximum allowable building height of 30 feet and 2 ½ stories where 316 is proposed.

Revised Application of Macaire and Ghyslain Osmont, 58 Peach Street, Tinton Falls, New Jersey to demolish the existing structure and driveway and construct a 56 by 50 2½ story structure with attached garage with the existing detached garage to remain on the property at 31 Woodbine Avenue, Block 13, Lot 44, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 12,400 square feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback of 30 feet where 21.17 feet is proposed; the minimum required rear yard setback for an accessory structure 679 square feet in size of 15 feet where 7.8 feet is existing; the minimum required side yard setback for an accessory structure 679 square feet in size of 15 feet on each side where 3.4 feet and 78 feet is existing and the maximum allowable lot coverage of 18% where 23% is proposed.
Application of Eileen and Thomas Caruso, 14 Crest Drive, Little Silver, New Jersey to construct a 282 by 48 second story addition consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room and a 10 by 3 second story balcony on the front of the home, a 4 by 15 second floor balcony on the side of the home, a 204 by 236 two story garage addition and a 238 by 5 porch addition off the rear of the garage on the property at 16 Crest Drive, Block 13, Lot 91, in the R-2 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 25,000 square feet where 10,746.01 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage is 100 feet where 78.78 feet is existing; the minimum required front yard setback is 50 feet where 23.96 feet is existing and 33 feet is proposed; and the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 25.10 feet is existing.
Application of Donna Fallo to demolish a 54 by 11 rear section of the garage, enclose an existing 6 by 17 screen porch, construct a 32 by 104 addition to the dining room, a 103 by 178 addition consisting of a breakfast nook and half bath, a 2 by 104 addition to the front of the garage, a 32 by 24 addition to the side of the garage and expand the existing 1 ½ story to a full story to provide a master bedroom, bathroom and closet on the property at 449 Branch Avenue, Block 34, Lot 9, in the R-3 Zone which violates the minimum required lot area of 20,000 square feet where 7,700 square feet is existing; the minimum required improved road frontage of 100 feet where 70 feet is existing; the minimum required rear yard setback for a principal structure of 50 feet where 29 feet is existing and 31 feet is proposed; and the minimum required side yard setback for a principal structure of 15 feet on each side where 9.4 feet and 19 feet is existing and 6.2 feet and 19 feet is proposed.
